James has over 20 years of experience in private equity and investment banking. Prior to founding Miralmonte Capital, he was a Managing Director at a leading European PE firm, where he led investments across technology and services sectors. James holds an MBA from London Business School and a BA in Economics from the University of Cambridge.
Sarah brings extensive operational experience from her 15+ years in management consulting and private equity. She specialises in post-acquisition value creation and has led operational transformations at multiple portfolio companies. Sarah previously worked at McKinsey & Company and holds degrees from Oxford University and Harvard Business School.
David has over 18 years of experience in finance and private equity. He oversees all financial aspects of the firm and portfolio companies, including deal structuring, financial operations, and investor relations. Previously, David was a Partner at a mid-market PE firm and started his career at Deloitte. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
Emma has 16+ years of experience in private equity and corporate development. She leads several portfolio investments and focuses on identifying and executing growth strategies, including add-on acquisitions. Emma previously worked at Bridgepoint and started her career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs. She holds an MA from Edinburgh University.
Robert joined Miralmonte Capital in 2020 and focuses on deal execution and portfolio management across the technology sector. He has experience in both private equity and venture capital, having previously worked at Balderton Capital. Robert holds a BSc in Computer Science from Imperial College London and an MBA from INSEAD.
Maria has 10+ years of experience in private equity and strategy consulting. She works on new investments and supports portfolio companies with strategic initiatives and operational improvements. Prior to joining Miralmonte, Maria was a consultant at Bain & Company. She holds degrees from LSE and the University of Warsaw.
